- Parents: Simply log into your Final Forms account and select the summer sports camp(s) that you would like your child to attend.
- If your child is not enrolled in Bellbrook Schools, you will need to create a parent account in Final Forms and then select "Homeschooled/External Student". This will allow you to register for a camp without actually enrolling your child in our school system.
- If you are registering for a camp before May 27, you will need to click on the big blue button that says "CLICK TO SWITCH TO 2024-25 REGISTRATION".
- In Final Forms, select "+Add Sports/Activities".
- You can pay through Final Forms or with cash/check (in person) on the first day of each camp. If the camp offers a family discount and will need to pay in person at the camp. Checks payable to Bellbrook Athletics-Name of Sport.
- If you have questions about a camp, please contact the coach listed for that camp.
- Reminder: You are signing up for a camp based on the grade your child will be in NEXT (2024-25) school year.
